Shopping & Placing Orders

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. However, we recommend that you create an account, which will make your check-out process easier when you visit us again in the future. We also recommend that you sign-up for our Newsletter in order to keep track of new product launches and special discounts offered to our members. You will receive a 10% discount on your first purchase when you sign up to our newsletter.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password ?’ link on our Sign-In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How can I register to receive a Newsletter?

Stay informed of new arrivals, updates and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. 

How do I place an order?

Please follow the below:

  • Choose a collection or category from the top navigation menu under ‘Women’ or ‘Men’, or search to explore a specific style.
  • Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’.
  • You can customize your purchased products. Simply add your comment in the comment box when placing the order. 
  • Once you have added all the pieces, click on ‘Proceed to check-out’.
  • Sign-in to your account. Alternatively, proceed via guest checkout.
  • If you are a guest, enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order.
  • We will confirm the order by email. If you haven't received an email confirmation (please also check your 'junk' box), please contact us. 
  • Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

Where can I find size & fit advice?

Click on ‘Size Guide’ in the footer (at the bottom of the page). 

Can I customize the size?

Yes. Simply provide your measurements in the comment box when placing the order. 

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is free anywhere in the UAE. For shipments outside of the UAE:

  • on purchases below USD 300, we charge a flat rate of USD 15 (anywhere in the world); and
  • on purchases of USD 300 and over, shipping is free (anywhere in the world).

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer a same day delivery service in Dubai. Simply order before 12:00 pm (on any day other than a Friday or UAE public holiday) to receive delivery that same day, and after 12:00pm for the next business day.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm it by email (if you haven't received an email confirmation, please check your 'junk' box) and we will dispatch it within 2 business days (except for items marked as 'pre-order', which will be produced and dispatched once available).  Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days (depending on your location).  

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect you order at our studio at 1205 Indigo Icon Tower, JLT, Dubai, during our working hours (10:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays)

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

All sales to customers in the United Arab Emirates are inclusive of taxes (i.e. VAT).

All sales to customers outside the United Arab Emirates are exclusive of import duties and sales taxes. If import duties or sales taxes are applicable in your jurisdiction, then as the recipient, you may be required to pay these directly to the courier to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Returns & Cancelling Orders

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Yes, you might be able to cancel/change purchased items before we prepare your order. Contact us on

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order for any reason within 14 days of purchase, provided that it has not been used and has it's original labelling and packaging. With respect to personalized products, those may only be sent back to BeMystique for size adjustments, provided that this does not affect any of the personalized elements of the product. We recommend that you send back the order using a trackable courier service (such as DHL or FedEx). The return shipping cost is covered by you. We will process the refund once the order has been received and checked by us. 

If I'm returning my order, will the duties I originally paid be refunded?

That depends on where you purchased the goods from. If you made the purchase in the United Arab Emirates, you will receive the full reimbursement, including VAT.

If you made the purchase from outside the United Arab Emirates, you will need to claim any import duties and/or sales tax from your local tax authority. BeMystique is not responsible for any duties and taxes charged by foreign tax authorities (or returns thereof). 

Pricing & Payment

Which currencies can I shop in?

This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by credit /debit card or PayPal, BeMystique will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site.
