Returns Procedure
Items in our Outlet section are on final sale and cannot be returned. All other items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of such item.
In order to return an item, please follow the below procedure:
- Go to your account on the BeMystique website and select the Order details.
- Click on the button [Request Return] next to your order and follow the instructions.
- Once the return form has been completed and sent to us, you will receive an email from us with further instructions.
The purchaser shall pay for the cost of returning the item and, if applicable, resending any replaced item.
With respect to personalized products, those may only be sent back to BeMystique for size adjustments, provided that this does not affect any of the personalized elements of the product.
Recovering Duties and Taxes:
If you made the purchase in the United Arab Emirates, you will receive the full reimbursement, including VAT.
If you made the purchase from outside the United Arab Emirates, you will need to claim any import duties and/or sales tax from your local tax authority. BeMystique is not responsible for any duties and taxes charged by foreign tax authorities (or returns thereof).
